This course is not about removing triggers for your anger. That is impossible. This course is to help you to change how you react to the things that make you angry
My course is designed to help you recognise the build up of anger, and understand what to do to stop anger from escalating.
Who is this course for?
This course is for adults over the age of 18 who are motivated to use self help to learn to regulate the emotion of anger
What you will learn
The course is designed around individual therapy sessions with myself and includes everything that you would get from me if you saw me in person.
The course is based on the skills element of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy and, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
