Understanding the pathways in your brain that result in your panic attacks is crucial if you want to recover from panic attacks. In traditional CBT therapy this is not included, but I deem it a necessary part of your recovery and have included information on your brain.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
I take you through CBT, in the same way as seeing me in person. All the worksheets you need are included in the course.
