Many men make the mistake that having thoughts, like the ones in the video, means that they must be gay.
If you have been heterosexual all your life, this thoughts will make alarm bells ring, and you will want to prove to yourself that you are not gay.
This might mean looking at guys to see if you 'feel' something. Watching porn to see if you still find women attractive, but these things only feed into the cycle of making it worse for you.
To give you the peace you need inside your head, you need to work properly with your thought processes.
